Teach Students How to LEARN:
      Students are taught what to learn.In order for them to be successful as learners,they also have to discover how to learn and to develop.Students ,at an early age have to be taught how to:
  • self -regulate their learning
  • set their own academic goals
  • develop strategies to meet their goals
  • reflect on their academic performance.
Control on Students Behavior:

Encourage-Encourage-Encourage:

When you praise students who are achievers , don't forget to encourage those students who are trying, but struggling.Such students need more positive support.

Show Respect:

Listen to the needs of students and preserve their dignity.Live up to their expectations.As teachers you can smile and welcome your students with a greeting.

Be Consistent:
 Be always sure to address student behavior in a consistent manner.You can design and implement a strategy.

Keep students Busy and challenged.

Busy students are far less likely to exhibit disruptive behavior .So keep the students busy.

Listen to Students Suggestions:
Ask students to make suggestions regarding their expectations and behavior in any environmental settings they are.Promote Positive Behavior before problem arise.
