NEED OF PBS:
  Schools have two important goals maximize the academic achievement and social competence of all learners.To achieve these goals schools must focus on the specific skills of individual students. Successful learning environments most often are characterized as preventive,predictable,positive,instructional,safe and responsive for all students and staff across all school settings and activities.
         In today era of school education the major concern for formally addressing the social behavior and discipline needs of schools has consistently been high in school educations,especially it's a relation to support safe and effective teaching and learning environments in fact most school develop discipline codes that rely on reprimands and punishes to inhabit rule violating behavior and actually hinder the establishment of a positive school social culture.

       Classroom behavior management and school wide discipline in particular have sustained high levels of concern ,controversy and discussion.School wide discipline has been of particular interest .When teachers experience increased rates and intensity of rule -violating behavior,then the attention shifts to regaining classroom order,eliminating disruptive and disturbing behaviors and increase positive behavior up to the school expectations.

       Positive Behavior Support Programs share a focus on establishing teaching and environments in which pro-social behaviors are promoted,problem behaviors are treated consistently and effectively.Therefore for reducing misbehavior there is need of Positive Behavior Support Program for improvement in school safety and academic achievement.
